There are times when you feel that everything around you is chaotic, work, family, social obligations overwhelm you, while thoughts, fears and unanswered questions are the order of the day. Then we are definitely talking about chaos.

In the Theogony, ancient Greek philosopher, Hesiod, wrote that Chaos was born before anything else! The chaos gave birth to Erebus, that meads darkness, and the night, says Hesiod!

What is the answer to the chaos of daily life? But of course, another Greek word: harmony.  Harmony, wide-known as a musical term and specifically musical harmony. In the case of daily life, harmony means the process in harmonization of things.  It comes from the ancient Greek word “armozo”, which means to join, to fit together, to put in order.

As you understand, the word harmony could certainly be the goal you want to achieve in your life.   Arrange your tasks, your priorities, your thoughts, your desires, your wants and non-wants, your friends and your non-friends.
Get your life into a state where most of it is closest to harmony, and when the difficulties come, you will be able to handle them because they are the only ones you face at the moment. The ancient Greeks believed in the harmony of body, mind and spirit, and they applied this to their lives.

As with the example of the lake and the pebble, when a pebble falls into the lake and creates concentric circles that disturb things for a while, harmony gradually returns.

Harmony in mind, soul and body will help you feel stability and security, it will help you feel that everything can find its place in your life, and above all, to manage the chaos that so often appears unexpectedly. To put that too in order under everything else!
